In March 2025, they constructed the access to an easement from County Rt 2 in Weld County for me. They were fast and efficient and always responded quickly to my questions.  I was feeling so over my head and had no idea how I would go about this. ( I'm a 71-year-old psychotherapist and live 1800 miles away!). Seth hired the surveyor on my behalf and even made the case on my behalf at the permitting and public works department that an initially required culvert was unnecessary. In so doing, he saved me money. This company goes the extra mile, so I can't recommend them enough.
